Keto Spinach Pizza Frittata

Ingredients
- 12 large eggs beaten
- 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
- 5 oz mozzarella cheese grated
- 2 oz parmesan cheese grated
- 5 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 each garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and quickly saute the garlic.

Mix all the remaining ingredients in a bowl.

Add the garlic to the mixture.

Pour into a greased round baking tray.

Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until set.
