Keto Garlic Butter Shrimp Crepes
Try these savory "crepes" made from eggs, filled with delicious shrimp, vegetables, and aromatics. These are a great treat when looking for a fancy European style Keto-friendly dinner!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs large or medium fresh ocean shrimp peeled
- 8 large free range eggs
- 3 Tbsp grass fed butter softened
- 2 Tbsp crushed garlic fresh or dried
- 1 Tbsp hot chili fresh or dried
- 1 tsp salt to taste
- 1 tsp pepper to taste
Salad
- 3 medium avocados ripe
- 1/2 cup red onions diced
- 1/2 cup cucumber diced
- 2 Tbsp parsley freshly chopped
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise Keto-Friendly
- 1 medium orange zest and juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt to taste
- 1 tsp pepper to taste
Instructions

Marinate the shrimp with butter, garlic, chili, salt and pepper. Let it stand for at least 30 mins.

Mix all the ingredients for the salad and set aside.

Vigorously beat the eggs; ensure a smooth runny mix. Add salt and pepper.

In a non-stick skillet, melt some butter on medium heat and pour the eggs in a very thin layer by tilting the pan accordingly.

When the egg appears firm, quickly but gently, flip it over. You don’t want any color on the crepe so once flipped quickly take it out of the pan. Repeat for the rest of the eggs.

Turn the same pan to high and cook the shrimp until slightly brown on the outside and cooked through. Take out and set aside.

Assemble and enjoy!
