Marinate the shrimp with butter, garlic, chili, salt and pepper. Let it stand for at least 30 mins.
Mix all the ingredients for the salad and set aside.
Vigorously beat the eggs; ensure a smooth runny mix. Add salt and pepper.
In a non-stick skillet, melt some butter on medium heat and pour the eggs in a very thin layer by tilting the pan accordingly.
When the egg appears firm, quickly but gently, flip it over. You don’t want any color on the crepe so once flipped quickly take it out of the pan. Repeat for the rest of the eggs.
Turn the same pan to high and cook the shrimp until slightly brown on the outside and cooked through. Take out and set aside.
