This Marinara chicken is a food you will want to have enough time to enjoy. The fresh herbs, gooey mozzarella cheese and marinara sauce over the chicken makes for a delicious combination. Amazing for dinner and leftovers just as tasty the next day.
Serve alone, on top of a bed of zucchini noodles, or with a side salad — boom, dinner is done!

Easy Keto Marinara Chicken
Serve alone or on top of a bed of zucchini noodles. Add a salad on the side and enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
- 1 oz mozzarella grated
- 3 Tbsp marinara sauce
- 1 Tbsp fresh herbs chopped
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Make small cuts in the chicken breast, to be able to stuff ingredients into them.

Season chicken with salt, fresh herbs and pepper.

Place spinach and cheese inside the cuts.

Place the chicken on a greased baking tray.

Drizzle chicken with marinara sauce and olive oil. Cover the tray with aluminum foil.

Bake in preheated oven (325F) for about 30 minutes.
