This fudge is a dessert to prepare when you need something sweet and satisfying while following a Ketogenic diet. It’s great to serve for guests and to store for later. It’s not difficult to make the fudge, but you will need to wait until it freezes to eat, which does require some patience!
I don’t recommend eating this (or other Keto “sweets”) while in your first month on Keto. Since they still taste sweet, it can cause people to overindulge, and even stall weight-loss for some. But once you’ve gotten the hang of eating Keto and controlling what you eat, feel free to add some of these sweets in as treats.
