A velvety treat for your tastebuds, this lush, ultra low-carb dessert will tantalize any sweet tooth. The dark chocolate gives the mousse a smooth richness while the orange provides a refreshing zing.
The recipe calls for the juice of 1/2 an orange, which is what makes it the classic “jaffa” mousse…. But its such a small amount per serving, so it doesn’t add a lot of carbs. If you want to keep it even more ketogenic, then cut back on the orange juice or skip it altogether.
Oh, and the picture has some pomegranate seeds on it — we suggest you skip those.
Keto Chocolate Jaffa Mousse

Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp pure dark belgian cocoa powder
- 1 each zest of 1 orange
- 1/2 each juice of ½ an orange
- 1 tsp Stevia or any artificial sweetener to taste
Instructions

In a bowl, whip the cream until it starts to stiffen (soft peaks).

Add the rest of the ingredients and whip until the cream is done.

Add a tiny pinch of salt and gently fold into the mousse.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before eating.
