Chicken and Bacon Patties

These chicken patties are practical and really easy to make! And did we mention they have bacon? You can play around by using different herbs and spices in the ground chicken and assemble a charming plate. Place the cheese in the plate when done or to melt it on the top of the patties. You can also stuff the cheese into the patties when molding them, but it’s a little more challenging.
Wrap some lettuce around the patties for a very low-carb Keto-friendly burger, throw them on top of a salad, or pair with a side of our Bacon Cauliflower Mac & Cheese. Super yum.
Keto Chicken and Bacon Patties
Wrap some lettuce around your patty to give it a traditional burger feeling and make some delicious, Keto-friendly Cauliflower Mac and Cheese on the side! Yum!
- 1/2 lb ground chicken
- 1 oz bacon chopped
- 1 cup lettuce
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp olive oil amount as needed
- 1 tsp salt to taste
Combine ground chicken, bacon, oregano, salt and paprika in a bowl.
Mold the chicken into patties.
Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and cook the patties: Start with high heat, brown both sides, and reduce the heat to completely cook them.
Top the patties with the cheddar and allow melting.
Assemble plate with the patties and lettuce.
