Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 6 each large eggs
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt add just a pinch

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Heat a nonstick frying pan and pour in one quart of the batter.

  3. Cook until browned on one side, flip and repeat with the remaining batter.
