Zucchini noodles are a great substitute for the real thing. They add another layer of flavor to your pasta and are very filling! This is the perfect way to enjoy a delicious pasta Bolognese without all the added carbs.
Heat olive oil in a saucepan. Then add the beef, onion and garlic, cook until browned.
Stir in tomatoes and cook until they become a sauce, add some water if needed.
Stir in the zucchini and cook until soft.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Top with grated parmesan.
