Cut your bacon slices into small cubes and quickly fry them in a pan or skillet.
In a large bowl, mix almond flour, chopped cheddar, chopped sage leaves, salt, sugar and instant yeast.
In another bowl, whisk eggs, almond butter and Greek yogurt;
Add fried bacon cubes.
Put the egg mixture in the first bowl together with the flour mixture and stir thoroughly.
Put 1 or 2 Tbsp mixture inside muffin wrappers (each wrapper shall be 2/3 full).
Bake at 350°C for 20 minutes.
