This salad is perfect for a quick lunch and a great option if you're only hungry for a light dinner. It can also be served on the side of your favorite Keto-friendly main course! Very versatile and so delicious!

Ingredients

  • 4 oz cabbage
  • 1 oz zucchini
  • 3/4 oz Brazilian nuts
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash your vegetables.

  2. Chop cabbage.

  3. Cut zucchini into small strips.

  4. Place chopped cabbage, zucchini strips and Brazilian nuts in a bowl.

  5. Mix coconut oil, yellow mustard and a pinch of salt.

  6. Season your salad.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
