The amazing flavors and spices in this dish have made it a Sunday dinner favorite! I always set just enough aside so that I can grab it for lunch the next day.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Rub a baking dish with butter and set aside.
Combine all the ingredients except for the fish and pour half of it into the greased baking dish.
Place the fish fillets on top of the mixture and pour over the remainder.
Bake for 20 mins or until fish has cooked through. Enjoy with a generous squeeze of lime.
