This is a favorite Keto breakfast of mine -- it's a tradition in our family to have a frittata at least once per weekend!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Whisk the eggs with the heavy cream and cheddar cheese. Set mixture aside.
In a medium hot skillet, melt the butter. Sauté the onions, bell peppers and bacon in the butter until soft and coloured.
Add the remainder of the seasonings and cook 5 more minutes. Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool for at least 10 minutes.
Fold in the bacon mixture nicely with the eggs and pour contents into a greased baking dish.
Top with some more cheddar and cook for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
