Simple Low-Carb Taco Bowl

Looking for a Keto-friendly Taco Tuesday recipe? We’ve taken the inside of the taco and used it as the inspiration behind this bowl. You can prepare the beef in advance and assemble the bowl when desired. Don’t forget to adjust the spices to your liking by adding some pepper flakes or whatever else you prefer!
Simple Low-Carb Keto Taco Bowl
The mashed avocado adds an extra layer of flavor. Great to serve for a lunch or dinner!
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese grated
- 1 cup arugula
- 1/2 avocado mashed
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp olive oil as needed
- salt to taste
Heat some olive oil in a saucepan and add the minced beef, sauté until browned.
Stir in garlic and sauté a bit more, season with salt and paprika.
Assemble the bowls with arugula, mashed avocado, cooked beef and grated cheese.
